We are always welcoming of new members to the club, especially junior players. Elton Vale FC currently has four teams. Two senior sides playing Saturday afternoons in the Manchester Football League and two youth sides at under 17 and under 19 team on Sunday morning in the Tameside League. The facilities are widely accepted to be amongst the best in local amateur football, and many semi-pro clubs would be envious of the playing surface.

Elton Vale Sports Club has an active tennis section based on the three painted bitmac hardcourts conveniently situated next to the pavilion.
We cater for all levels of tennis players from juniors aged just eight years to our current oldest member aged 73 ! We play juniors tennis, social tennis and team tennis. We also hold our own internal competitions such as Men’s singles, Ladies singles, Men’s doubles and Junior singles.

Social tennis ie when a group of friends just turn up and enjoy a game of tennis is something the club is keen to promote. If you time it right there is then the pavilion and bar area where you can discuss that missed volley or the Federer like backhand you just demonstrated.
